By accessing, browsing, or using ManageMe ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered workspace owners, and others who access or use the application.

To access the management dashboard, you must register with a valid email address and secure password:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized access.
• All actions taken under your authenticated session are your sole responsibility.

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading files containing malware, spyware, malicious scripts, or corrupted PDFs.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or quota controls.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our platform or APIs.
• Using automated scrapers or bots to disrupt service infrastructure.

To guarantee optimal performance and fair resource availability for all users:

• Resume Vault: Up to 10 versioned PDF/LaTeX resumes per account.
• Application Tracker: Up to 80 active job application records.
• File Size Limit: Maximum 1MB per uploaded resume file.
• Rate Limiting: Signature and delivery API endpoints are protected with sliding-window rate limiters.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManageMe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, career opportunities, profits, or goodwill arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time from your settings page. Before deleting your account, you have the full right to export all your job application and resume data in JSON or CSV format.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that severely violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
