• Career & Application Records: Job titles, target companies, salary expectations, interview timelines, and notes you add to your dashboard.
• Resume Files & Metadata: PDF and LaTeX/Docx resumes uploaded to your authenticated vault. Files are stored as private encrypted assets on Cloudinary CDN.
• Profile Information: Contact details, portfolio URL, LinkedIn profile, and career summaries you provide in your settings.

We use the collected information exclusively to deliver, enhance, and secure your personal management dashboard:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize your job application tracker and resume repository.
• Generate secure, time-limited 1-hour signed URLs for previewing and downloading your private resumes.
• Send real-time interview timeline updates and quota utilization metrics.
• Analyze system stability, monitor error crashes, and resolve application bugs.
• We never sell your personal information or resume contents to third-party recruiters or advertisers.
• We never use your uploaded documents or job notes to train public AI models.
